About the Race

This is sprint event. The 25th Annual Tri in the Pines is a great starter race or a high altitude challenge for seasoned racers at 6,500 feet. The race is as follows:

• Starts in waves of 12 swimmers for a 625-yd swim at the Show Low Family Aquatic Center
• Transitions to a 12.3-mile bike on city streets
• Finishes with a 3.5-mile run in Show Low City Park

Race Requirements & Regulations

• Awards are overall and 3 deep in each age group. Each age group is grouped in increments of 5 years, such as 30-34, 35-39 and also separated by gender.
• Registration deadline is August  or the limit.
• Entries received after the deadline may not be seeded.
• Parents must sign a waiver for participants under 18.
• T-shirts guaranteed only for entries received prior to entry deadline.
• Please include your estimated swim time and t-shirt size in the notes section of your registration.

Cost

• $65 per participant
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Photo ID required at packet pick-up

You may register online or in person beginning June 1.  Register early as space is limited. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline of August 8th if space permits, however, a $15 late fee will apply and participant shirts and sizes may not be available.
